Are you a broker or a carrier?
We're an asset-based carrier, which means we own the trucks and trailers and employ the drivers. We don't re-broker your load to anyone else.
How fast can you pick up?
Inside the Chicago metro we can usually pick up same day if you book before 11am. For the rest of the Midwest it's next day. Expedited team pickups have a 2-hour window.
How do I track my shipment?
Each load gets a tracking link that updates from the truck's ELD every 15 minutes. You'll also get texts or emails at pickup, at any delay, and at delivery, along with a POD photo.
Do you haul hazmat?
Yes, on most classes, with hazmat-endorsed drivers. Tell us the class and UN number in the quote form and we'll confirm.
What are your payment terms?
Net 30 for approved shippers. New customers can book their first loads on a credit card or with quick-pay while credit is set up, which usually takes 24 hours.
I'm a driver. Do you hire with less than a year of experience?
For local and dedicated runs we take drivers with 6+ months of verifiable CDL-A experience and a clean MVR. Regional and OTR runs need 1 year.

The yard is on the Southwest Side, close to I-55, I-294 and the Bedford Park rail ramps. That's how we're first to the dock in the morning.
